Frayed

The hat is adorable. However after one wash. The edges of the hat became all frayed. I wrote to customer support twice and have not heard back. I love Laura Moshi but am surprised by the lack of response.

Butterflies are crooked!

Nothing lines up on this hat. The butterflies aren’t centered in the front and the under neck ties that come down our not so in the right positions. The whole hat is off kilter.

I will be sending you a replacement on the Aria hat and going to include a return label and poly bag to send back the one you had received

I won't be able to send out the replacement until next week, we are waiting to receive our shipment on the butterfly patches
